Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will focus on supporting small to medium customers, manage distribution, and build strong relationships with key influencers across complex accounts.

In this role you will generate leads, define sales territories, provide technical solutions, and collaborate across functions to deliver growth, data-driven insights, and differentiated value through Dow's products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
