Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers and manage distribution, while engaging large accounts.

You will develop leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across channels including face-to-face, phone, and email. The role emphasizes building relationships, negotiating pricing, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to shape the market strategy within Dow's framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Align the sales plan with the marketing plan across functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
