Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution. You will develop regional strategies, build strong customer relationships, and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and growth.

Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, market intelligence, and negotiating pricing while coordinating with Production and Supply Chain. Requires 3+ years of relevant experience and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across organization levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop plans with Production/Supply Chain.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
