Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across small to mid-size accounts and distributor networks in the Pacific Northwest region, with potential regional/global scope.

You will lead sales planning, deliver solutions, analyze markets, and build relationships across multiple levels to win share, while collaborating with production and supply chain. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or military equivalent, 3+ years of relevant experience, and legal authorization to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value; coordinate with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
