Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will maintain and expand the account portfolio, manage distribution, and engage large accounts while leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will define sales territories, lead negotiations, and develop forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain. Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent military experience), at least 3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build and expand networks within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
