Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

You will develop leads, define sales territories, and provide technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, and email channels. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, leading negotiations, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to deliver volume and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and inform decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal and regulatory factors.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
