Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest.

This role focuses on expanding Dow’s presence, building relationships across accounts, and delivering technical solutions through multiple channels. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience, at least 3 years of relevant work experience, and US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at/above US E5 or Canadian NCO rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand networks within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering in volume and value; align sales plans with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
