Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support the Pacific Northwest region, manage distribution, and grow key accounts. You will develop sales strategies, analyze data, and engage customers across face-to-face, phone, and email channels.

The role emphasizes building relationships, driving volume and value, and collaborating with production, supply chain, and marketing to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• English fluency and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
