The role emphasizes developing sales forecasts, executing plans, and building strong customer relationships while collaborating with production and supply chain teams in a regional context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships across organization levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plans and develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals.
