Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distribution and key accounts, and to drive growth with strategic customers. The role emphasizes generating leads, defining territories, and delivering technical solutions across face-to-face, phone, or email channels.

You will build relationships, execute sales plans, forecast with Production and Supply Chain, and collaborate across functions to deliver CX results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience at or above US E5.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow.
• Identify new product development opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships across organization levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Gather market intelligence to shape sales strategy.
