Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support the Pacific Northwest region, focusing on small to medium customers and distribution management.

You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers to drive growth. You will generate leads, define sales territories, manage sales analytics, and deliver technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, or email communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
