Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to mid-sized customers while managing distribution, large accounts, and non-selling processes.

You will generate leads, define territories, and deliver technical solutions across channels. Responsibilities include expanding the account portfolio, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, negotiating pricing strategies, and collaborating with multiple functions to achieve CX results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at/above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and set pricing strategies aligned with goals, considering legal and regulatory factors.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
