Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to lead regional sales efforts in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on small to mid-size customers and distribution management. You will build strong relationships with key influencers, generate leads, define territories, and deliver sales analytics across channels.

This role collaborates with production and supply chain to forecast demand, develop price strategies, and execute plans aligned with marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or military experience (US E5 or equivalent)
• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customers organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and laws.
