Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers to drive growth across the region. Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing sales analytics, and delivering tailored technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• United States work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
