Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest.

The role includes generating leads, defining territories, analyzing sales data, and delivering technical solutions across face-to-face, phone, and email channels. You will work regionally and may engage with larger accounts, coordinating with production and supply chain to forecast and drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship or green card assistance available.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across organization levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering volume and value; align plans with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence and analyze data to guide product strategy.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
