Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market. You will also engage with large accounts, lead sales campaigns, and develop pricing strategies with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes generating leads, defining territories, delivering data-driven sales analytics, and building strong relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop the sales plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
