Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to medium customers, manage distribution, and partner with large accounts.

The role involves generating leads, defining territories, and delivering data-driven sales strategies across channels. You will collaborate across functions to forecast demand, conduct negotiations, and develop price strategies while expanding Dow’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network at various organizational levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plans and develop plans aligned with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
