Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will collaborate with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers across channels. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and leveraging market intelligence to drive growth while negotiating pricing consistent with business goals

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above US E5/Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
