Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution. The role includes leading regional sales, influencing large accounts, and coordinating across functions to deliver volume and value.

You will build relationships, analyze market data, and implement pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a dynamic position with regional scope and potential global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at E5 or Canadian equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorized; no visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the regional account portfolio and Dow presence.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities in the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans to deliver volume and value, coordinating with Marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
