Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, providing technical solutions, and engaging via face-to-face, phone, or email channels. Collaboration with production and supply chain is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and guide decisions.
• Lead negotiations; implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
