Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships across customer organizations.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, provide sales analytics, and deliver technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email. The scope may be regional or global depending on business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• United States work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
