Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers.

The role involves generating leads, defining sales territories, managing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, or email communications. Regional scope may vary by business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within an organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the plan in coordination with Marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and inform decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
