Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the market. You will also engage with large accounts, handle non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across channels.

Responsibilities include lead generation, defining sales territories, providing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email. Regional scope may vary.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above US E5/Canadian PO2/Sergeant.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Leverage market intelligence to shape sales plans and product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
