Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to medium customers and managing distribution, while also engaging large accounts and leading non-selling processes.

You will generate leads, define territories, manage analytics, and provide technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, and email interactions. The position may be regional and segment-specific, with possible global scope.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals while considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
