Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium-sized customers and manage distribution.

You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers across channels. Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing analytics, and delivering technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, or email interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5 / Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; coordinate with functions to develop the sales plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform new product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
