Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution, grow small to mid-size accounts, and engage large customers.

You will lead cross-functional activities, develop sales strategies, and deliver solutions across channels—face-to-face, phone, and email—while coordinating with production and supply chain. The role emphasizes building relationships, expanding market presence, and identifying new product opportunities in a regional scope with potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Authorized to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across an organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
