Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers.

You will generate leads, define territories, and develop sales analytics across multiple channels. The role involves developing the sales plan, coordinating with Production and Supply Chain, and shaping product development opportunities through market insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop plans with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
