Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market. You will interact with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, providing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions through multiple channels. The role may be regional or global depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering in volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market intelligence to shape the sales plan and product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
