Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution. You will also engage large accounts, shape sales strategies, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels including face-to-face, phone, and email.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, executing cross-functional plans, and delivering volume and value while coordinating with Production and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
