Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to mid-size customers while managing distribution and large accounts. You will lead cross-functional efforts, develop sales plans, forecast demand with production and supply chain, and build strong relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing goals.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and compliance.
