Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to medium customers and manage distribution. You will engage with large accounts, lead lead generation, define territories, and provide technical solutions across channels—face-to-face, phone, and email.

You will develop sales plans, forecast with Production and Supply Chain, and build strong internal and external relationships to deliver value and volume.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver volume and value, aligning with the marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
