Dow seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers across various channels.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, negotiating prices, and delivering cross-functional CX results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiated Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value, in coordination with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to achieve CX results.
