Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small and mid-size customers, manage distribution, and build relationships with key influencers.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, and provide technical solutions to customer challenges. The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, sales analytics, and price strategy development, with regional scope that may extend globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand regional account portfolio and Dow presence.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
