Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region.

You will engage with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers through face-to-face, phone, and email communication. Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, providing sales analytics, and developing opportunities for product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
