Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to mid-size customers while managing distribution.

You will lead negotiations, develop price strategies, and build strong relationships with key influencers across multiple channels. Responsibilities include expanding the regional portfolio, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and delivering sales plans in alignment with marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering in volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
