Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small-to-medium customers and manage distribution within the market. You will also engage with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include lead generation, territory definition, sales analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive volume and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 level or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across the customer organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans and deliver volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape sales plans and identify opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies in line with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
