Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium customers and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across customer organizations.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, delivering sales analytics, negotiating pricing, and collaborating with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand and implement growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop the plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
