Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to drive growth with small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and engage with large accounts.

You will handle non-selling processes, build key influencer relationships, and develop leads, territories, and sales analytics across multiple channels. The role involves coordinating with Production and Supply Chain, shaping pricing strategies, and delivering CX results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory considerations.
