Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

You will lead engagements across face-to-face, phone, and email channels, building strong relationships and delivering technical solutions. Key responsibilities include expanding the account portfolio, shaping sales plans with cross-functional teams, developing forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiating pricing aligned with company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at/above US E5.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
