Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region.

You will work with large accounts, manage non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers while generating leads and defining sales territories. Your role includes analyzing sales data, delivering cross-functional solutions, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand and optimize price strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at/above U.S. E5.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
