Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage small to medium customers, lead strategic accounts, and drive distribution within the market.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, provide technical solutions, and collaborate across functions to deliver CX results. The role emphasizes regional scope, regional market insights, and ability to engage through face-to-face, phone, or email channels, with potential global reach depending on business alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and inform decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
