Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest.

You will lead leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and deliver technical solutions through multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email. The role emphasizes building strong relationships, expanding the account portfolio, and developing price strategies aligned with Dow’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan across functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plan and analyze data for product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulatory considerations.
