Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the market. The role involves generating leads, defining territories, and delivering technical solutions across channels including face-to-face, phone, and email.

Responsibilities include expanding the account portfolio, maintaining customer relationships, and developing sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience; U.S. E5, Canadian PO2 or Sergeant equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop the sales plan with Marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
