Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest region, supporting small to medium customers and distributing across markets.

You will manage non-selling processes, build strong relationships, and lead initiatives from lead generation to price strategy in collaboration with multiple functions. The role emphasizes delivering technical solutions, regional flexibility, and regional/global scope as business alignment requires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
