Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers and manage regional distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers through various channels.

The role requires generating leads, defining sales territories, conducting analytics, and delivering technical solutions. Regional scope may vary by business, with occasional global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above E5/PO2/Sergeant.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Grow relationships across different levels of a customer organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans and deliver volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Gather market intelligence to shape the sales plan.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals.
