Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution. You will build strong relationships across accounts and lead strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining territories, analyzing sales data, and delivering technical solutions through multiple channels. This role can be regional or global depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
