Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to grow our presence with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will build relationships across customer organizations and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver on sales goals. You will generate leads, define territories, provide technical solutions to customer challenges, and coordinate with production and supply chain to forecast demand and set pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align sales plans with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
