Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution, grow accounts, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, analyze sales data, and deliver technical solutions to customers through face-to-face, phone, or email communications. You will develop price strategies, forecast with Production and Supply Chain, and build relationships across organizational levels to expand Dow's presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts coordinating with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and pricing decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
