Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the market. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong influencer relationships across channels.

Responsibilities include developing sales forecasts, executing the sales/marketing plan, and collaborating with Production and Supply Chain to deliver volume and value while pursuing new product opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship eligible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
