Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest.

The role focuses on growing the Dow presence, defining sales territories, and delivering results through multiple channels. Responsibilities include maintaining key accounts, developing forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiating pricing strategies aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within an organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
